Data Analyst
Permanent | Hybrid | Antwerp (2 days on-site)
We are looking for a Business Data Analyst / Power BI expert with a strong business mindset who can confidently work with senior stakeholders. This role is about more than dashboards: you will translate business questions into insights and communicate them clearly to management, including C-level stakeholders.
What you’ll do
* Build and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reports
* Work with SQL for data analysis and reporting
* Manage and improve ETL processes to ensure high data quality
* Collaborate closely with the business and C-suite to define KPIs
* Present insights in a clear, non-technical way to support decisions
What we’re looking for
* At least 4 years of relevant experience in data analysis or BI
* Strong hands-on expertise in Power BI (Certifications are a bonus)
* Solid experience with ETL and data preparation
* Very good SQL skills
* Fluent Dutch
* Strong communication skills and proven stakeholder management
* Clear business mindset - this is key
