Responsibilities
* Provide strategic and analytical support to the Head of Fraud & Investigations during the rollout of a new operating model
* Set up and manage the strategic implementation of the operating model with clear scope, planning, monitoring, and follow-up
* Drive change management initiatives and actively engage employees in organizational transformation
* Translate complex and strategic information into clear priorities and actionable plans
* Act as a gatekeeper for strategic execution, ensuring alignment with the defined roadmap and long-term objectives
* Advise senior management on implementation progress and follow-up actions
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators
* Collaborate with cross-business teams and ensure alignment across different tribes and departments
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders through transparent and tailored communication
