Your Key Responsibilities
You will have the chance to:
* Support clients in executing complex technology‑enabled transformation projects that make a real difference
* Identify process improvements and efficiency gains that propel our clients forward
* Help develop innovative digital solutions that stand out in the insurance sector
* Provide relevant market insights and expertise that empower our clients’ management to make thoughtful decisions
You will also dive into the various phases of the project lifecycle, including:
* Discovery: gather detailed requirements and analyze the current situation to understand the root cause of the problem.
* Analysis: brainstorm with colleagues to develop solutions and assess the impact on the organization.
* Alignment: conduct regular meetings with stakeholders and deliver impactful presentations to keep everyone informed and engaged.
* Outcome: present well‑defined solutions and determine next steps that guide our clients toward success.
Your Profile
* A Master’s Degree in applied economics, management, business engineering, finance, or a related field.
* Solid analytical skills.
* Fluent in Dutch and/or French, with proficient business English.
* A strong team spirit, balanced by a healthy sense of autonomy.
* Strong interest in learning more about the financial services market in Belgium and beyond.
* Availability to start in September 2026.
