We are looking for a skilled Reliability Engineering Consultant to support our team and various clients in improving system dependability and product quality. The successful candidate will play a key role in conducting risk assessments, identifying potential failure modes, and implementing reliability strategies to enhance operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead FMEA and root cause analysis (RCA) activities to assess risks and optimize system reliability.
Work closely with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to integrate reliability principles into processes and workflows.
Analyse performance data and failure trends to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop and recommend mitigation plans to reduce failure risks and improve product lifecycle performance.
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations.
Provide guidance and training on best practices related to reliability engineering and risk assessment methodologies.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in reliability engineering, preferably in the industrial or pharmaceutical or biotech sectors.
Strong expertise in FMEA methodologies and risk assessment tools.
Interpret and analyse complex technical data to support decision-making.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Certifications in reliability engineering or quality management.
Fluent in both English and French.
Preferred Skills
Experience with GMPs.
Experience with SAP PM module for maintenance and reliability tracking
