Rock.estate is een Belgische startup die vastgoed op zijn kop zet met data en technologie. Sinds 2017 helpen we banken en verzekeraars om woningen beter te begrijpen en te waarderen in België. Maar we gaan veel verder: EPC-certificaten, klimaatriskanalyse voor investeerders en binnenkort de meest complete oplossingenreeks om kopen makkelijker te maken.

🔎 Wat je te wachten staat

Een vast contract (CDI) voor een gemotiveerde kandidaat, met een volledige opleiding in vastgoedwaardering en innovatieve projecten op het snijvlak van vastgoed en AI. Ons doel? Jou laten groeien tot een echte expert in het vak. Verwacht een uitgebreide onboarding!


Jouw toekomstige taken:

* Woningen op afstand waarderen door jouw inzicht te combineren met onze geavanceerde data en tools. Een echte speurdersjob!
* Schattingen en rapporten voorbereiden voor onze bancaire en particuliere klanten.
* Onze waarderingsmethodologie en tools mee verbeteren – bij Rock.estate krijgt iedereen de kans om bij te dragen en te innoveren.
* Contactpunt zijn voor onze klanten en hen begeleiden bij expertise-opdrachten.

🎯 Jouw profiel

* Je hebt een hoger diploma in vastgoed, economie, management… of je overtuigt ons waarom jij de perfecte kandidaat bent!
* Je kent België op je duimpje.
* Je spreekt Frans en/of Nederlands, en hebt een topniveau in Engels.
* Je bent een starter of hebt tot 3 jaar ervaring in vastgoed, economie of business.
* Je bent nieuwsgierig, analytisch en tech-savvy.
* Je leert snel en wil werken in een dynamische omgeving!

🌍 Qui sommes-nous?

Rock.estate, c’est une startup belge qui bouscule l’immobilier avec la data et la tech. Depuis 2017, on aide les banques et assureurs à mieux comprendre et valoriser les biens en Belgique. Mais on ne s’arrête pas là : certificats PEB, analyse des risques climatiques pour les investissements, et bientôt, la gamme de solutions la plus complète pour faciliter l’achat.

On grandit vite, et c’est le moment parfait pour nous rejoindre. Petit assez pour que tu aies un vrai impact, déjà assez grand pour offrir des perspectives d’évolution.


🔎 Ce qui t’attend chez nous

Un CDI pour quelqu’un de motivé, avec une formation complète à l’évaluation immobilière et des projets innovants où immobilier et IA se rencontrent. On veut que tu montes en compétences et que tu deviennes une vraie référence dans le domaine. Alors attends toi à un onboarding bien complet.

Tes futures missions :

* Estimer des biens à distance en combinant ta logique avec nos outils technologiques et données avancées. Un vrai métier d’investigation.
* Préparer des rapports d’expertise pour des clients bancaires et privés.
* Participer à l’évolution de notre méthodologie et de nos outils d’évaluation en y mettant ton grain de sel. Tout le monde chez Rock.estate a le pouvoir de saisir ses opportunités.
* Interagir avec nos clients et être leur point de contact sur les expertises.

🎯 Le profil qu’on recherche

* Tu disposes d’un diplôme d’enseignement supérieur en lien avec l’immobilier, économie, management, … si ce n’est pas le cas, montres nous pourquoi tu es la recrue idéale
* Tu connais très bien la Belgique
* Tu parles français et/ou néerlandais, avec un niveau d’anglais de super star.
* Tu es en début de carrière ou tu as déjà une première expérience en immobilier, économie ou commerce (0 à 3 ans c’est le sweet spot 😉)
* Tu es curieux(se), analytique et à l’aise avec la technologie
* Tu apprends vite et tu veux évoluer dans une boîte qui bouge!
* Tu as le droit de travailler en Belgique
