People Manager -Team Leader

Set Objectives and monitor delivery:
* Define or approve clear, measurable objectives for their specific team, aligned with organizational goals.
* Translate strategic direction into concrete deliverables appropriate to their team's mission and capacity.
* Monitor progress regularly, ensuring alignment with plans, priorities, internal procedures, and applicable regulations.
* Evaluate individual and team performance not only based on the achievement of objectives, but also on the fulfilment of role-specific responsibilities, demonstration of transversal and job-related attributes, and alignment with organizational values.
* Adjust priorities and take timely corrective actions where needed to maintain focus and meet deadlines.
Lead, support and develop the team:
* Conduct regular performance evaluations and development conversations, in line with HR processes
* Provide day-to-day guidance, answer team questions, and support team members in resolving day-to-day challenges.
* Motivate and engage team members by reinforcing objectives, encouraging collaboration, recognizing efforts, and fostering ownership.
Ensure quality, compliance and drive improvements:
* Oversee the quality of work delivered by the team and ensure adherence to internal guidelines and deadlines.
* Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with applicable legislation, internal procedures, and ethical standards.
* Promote a culture of accountability, empowerment and good practice within the team.
* Identify performance gaps or inefficiencies and initiate improvement actions to enhance team effectiveness.
* Encourage continuous improvement by challenging existing processes and proposing constructive changes

* 5 years of experience in a similar role
* Fluent in English and French
