As a Franchise Sales Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:
* Identify franchise opportunities and potential markets in collaboration with the business development team.
* Support franchisees by understanding their needs and ensuring alignment with the brand.
* Assist in the training and support of new franchisees to maintain company standards.
* Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for sales growth.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
* Monitor financial performance and report on key metrics and performance indicators.
Minimum requirements:
* Availability to travel.
* Commercial and communication skills. Flexible and adaptable to change. An individual with organizational and analytical skills.
* At least 2 years of experience performing similar functions.
* University degree recommended in International Trade, Business Administration, or similar.
* Academic training in fashion business management (valuable).
* Academic training in MBA (valuable).
* Knowledge of SAP (valuable).
* High level of English, German and Spanish.
