Function description:We're looking for a junior data analyst helping to structure the study streams concerning advisory topics taskforce and clients sensitive flows by managing data (flows / operational audit…) and can have leadership to propose any way of improvement ;Main mandateStabilize our data structure in order to fasten client and project studyContribute to Strategic board to monitor Cash Management activities in line with Exco expectation and regulatory requirementsSupport and stream, for the Advisory head, some client initiatives and programs, to improve the Corporate Customer Journey linked to compliance subjects. To contribute to a series of identified initiatives (process, tools, robotization, policies, etc.) aiming to improve the flow filtering process without increasing the risk from a bank point of view.Help the project owner to develop a strong link between the Business and Compliance stakeholders to ensure current and future policies are implemented to minimize business and operational hurdlesContribute to relevant communications towards the Cash Management community on Compliance & Regulatory topicsRequired experience / knowledgeAt least 1 year of relevant experienceTechnical experience:Mandatory Data analyst – ability to translate into business needs identification and client solution deliveries Defining and analyzing business model using conceptual modeling techniques and methods Acting as the interface between the project owner and functions/business Risk, quality and issue managementRequirements management and communication and ensure good understanding of business' needs Liaison between all stakeholders & guarantee customer satisfaction Support in change management Part in the delivery of effective solutions to complex business challengePreferable IT and architecture environmentBusiness experience:MandatoryExperience with Cash Management is highly recommendedExperience with conceptual modeling techniques and methods; data management tools Tableau desktop, Access, Python.Good expertise in MS Office and ExcelGood understanding of work flow processes able to initiate a priority management approach, ensure the product consistency and qualityJob Types: Full-time, Permanent contract, Freelance
