The Head of Marketing Belgium leads the local marketing team and drives the country's marketing strategy. As a key member of the Country Management Team, you are responsible for developing and executing the local marketing strategy in alignment with the overall Country Strategy. This role oversees all areas of marketing, including brand, partnerships, CRM, performance, and country-specific initiatives. The Head of Marketing collaborates closely with centralized marketing teams to drive growth and enhance brand equity in the Belgian market.
Working closely with the country director and other functional colleagues in the MT to ensure the marketing plans fit the country strategy
Managing a team of local marketing representatives who play an important role in developing and implementing local marketing strategies and initiatives in Belgium, delivering increased brand awareness, brand preference, and loyalty, as well as driving business impact on orders, monthly unique buyers, and frequency
Overseeing and driving the media strategy and plan (including TV, OLV, Social Media, PR, etc.)
Ensuring with Sales, CS, and Logistics, that commercial activities and value offers with key partners are being supported from a marketing perspective, maximizing impact
Aligning with Brand, Performance, and Retention teams and providing local insights to strengthen our plans
Driving brand visibility through last-mile visibility, partner marketing, and local market activation campaigns
Advising senior management on strategic decisions for Brand, Performance, Retention, and other teams regarding the market
What will you bring to the team?
Deep understanding and experience in all aspects of marketing, and experience in managing a cross-functional marketing team
Experience in development and execution of Marketing strategy, campaigns, marketing channel management incl. CRM and Performance Marketing
Knowledge of development and execution of data-driven marketing campaigns and reporting
Perfect Dutch/French and English language skills (written and spoken). Additional languages are a plus.
