We're looking for a driven
Sales Development Representative
to help accelerate pipeline growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying new opportunities. This role serves as the first point of contact for prospects, ensuring high-quality lead qualification and smooth handoff to the sales team.
Your responsibilities include:
Prospecting & Outreach
* Identify and engage potential customers through outbound calls, email sequences, LinkedIn, and events.
* Nurture early-stage leads through personalized follow-up based on engagement.
* Conduct qualification conversations to assess needs and timeline.
Lead Qualification & Handoff
* Schedule discovery meetings and ensure smooth handoff to Account Executives.
* Qualify inbound and outbound leads against defined criteria (ICP + lifecycle stage).
* Maintain accurate data, notes, and deal progression in HubSpot and Salesforce.
Pipeline Contribution
* Help build targeted lists and identify new accounts within priority markets.
* Support territory- and segment-based prospecting strategies.
* Track progress against KPIs: outreach volume, meetings booked, conversion rates, pipeline contribution.
Collaboration & Feedback Loop
* Share insights with Marketing on lead quality, messaging, campaigns, and targeting.
* Work closely with Sales to refine qualification criteria and outreach sequences.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of messaging, playbooks, and tools.
Who are we looking for?
* Curious and eager to learn about industrial maintenance and asset reliability.
* Strong understanding of outbound prospecting strategies.
* Quick to pick up the phone to engage with prospects.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze KPIs and translate them into action.
* Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
* Fluent in French (spoken and written). Good knowledge of English.
* Full-time position based in our Mons office, Belgium.
