Your responsibilities
As a Claims & Insurance Business analyst you'll be responsible for the following tasks:
* Analysing processes of the Insurance department.
* Supporting/leading projects development for Insurance
* Reviewing procedures and strengthening best practices.
* Enhancing internal coordination by setting governances with internal and external parties: IT,
Ubench, Sales, Car Sales, Customer Care, Finance etc.
* When needed you'll be supporting the operational teams of the department.
* Bringing solutions to improve Insurance department functioning with reliable KPI and reporting.
* Strengthening repairs follow-up.
* Pushing towards higher digitalisation level.
Who are we looking for?
* You have a Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
* You have perfect knowledge of English and French or Dutch
* You focus on client centricity: ability to put yourself in the other's shoes.
* You're assertive and have strong oral communication skills.
* You have analytical capabilities and are a problem solver.
* You have strong organisational, multitasking and project management skills.
* Rigor and quality minded, especially for written communications.
* You are stress resistant and have a risk minded approach.
* You work proactively and efficiently with a strong results orientation.
* Team spirit with a good ability to work autonomously.
* You have experience with working in PowerBI. Experience in Ubench or Miles are a plus.
