Position: S/4HANA Cloud Solution Advisor Senior Specialist
About the role
The Solution Advisor Senior Specialist has expert knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Cloud (ERP) Applications and supports sales cycles as part of the virtual account team, from opportunity identification to customer adoption post-sale.
This role involves engaging with prospective customers through executive meetings, presentations, discovery conversations, demos, and follow-up discussions. The goal is to gain customer acceptance of SAP solutions as the best fit for their needs.
The Solution Advisor acts as a trusted advisor, collaborating with sales teams and partners to demonstrate the value of S/4HANA Cloud, support transformational sales activities, and assist in proposal creation, business analysis, and rapid value realization.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver tailored sales presentations to diverse audiences, including top executives.
* Support deal processes by collaborating with account teams, conducting discovery sessions, and delivering compelling demos.
* Identify customer needs, articulate SAP’s solutions, and demonstrate product credibility with relevant stories.
* Support proposal and RFx processes, and provide post-sale support to ensure smooth project transitions.
* Leverage support teams to enhance presales success and create impactful customer experiences.
Business Development
* Drive demand generation activities with sales and marketing to build a strong pipeline.
* Participate in and support customer events, workshops, and visits to showcase SAP solutions and strategy.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
* 5-10 years of presales or consulting experience in ERP, with knowledge of S/4HANA Cloud modules such as Finance, Procurement, or Supply Chain.
* Experience in SAP product strategies, end-to-end implementations, and a strong understanding of business processes.
* Affinity with AI and SAP’s AI strategy is a plus.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills, fluent in English and French or Dutch.
