In this role, you will report to the CGO and lead the go-to-market strategy and operations team. You will lead the Sales strategy, Sales Operations and Enablement, and the Sales Tools (including the CRM).We are looking for a detailed, driven and structured profile to partner with the CGO leadership team, EXCOM and local MDs to define, land and execute our strategic priorities for the business. You will always be driven to achieve excellence for customers at the center.**YOUR MISSIONS** :* Lead a team of Sales strategy manager, Sales operation manager, Sales enablement manager and Sales Tools (including CRM) to develop key sales support system/processes required to achieve revenue and profitability.* Partner closely with EXCom to set ambitious and achievable goals for sales, then put a framework in place to report, analyse and measure progress against them.* Develop relationships and work with Sales, MDs, Marketing, Customer Care, IT, finance to create and refine the tools and processes needed to drive strategic sales programs and motions* Lead the planning process in collaboration with Finance and run the operational cadence of activities, such as Trading meetings/ MDs meeting and support the quarterly and monthly Business reviews with Sales leaders using a common framework.
