As an HR Consultant at Start People, you will be responsible for managing both the front office and back office for our Services division. You will play a key role in coordinating our services for 180 domestic workers and 600 private clients.
Your main responsibilities include:
* Request Analysis: Gathering and analyzing clients' recruitment needs to find the best profiles of domestic workers.
* Recruitment: Identifying, selecting, and integrating new domestic workers, as well as recruiting new clients.
* Administrative Management and Planning: Ensuring the administrative follow-up of domestic workers under fixed contracts, with particular attention to planning and managing replacements in case of absences.
* Client Support: Acting as the primary point of contact for domestic workers and clients, resolving various issues, and ensuring smooth communication.

Profile
Languages: Proficiency in French and English. Knowledge of Dutch is an asset.
Education: Bachelor’s degree level or equivalent experience.
Skills:
* Ability to work in a planned and autonomous manner, often alone in the office.
* Flexibility and adaptability in a constantly changing environment.
* Efficiency and speed in managing replacements and unexpected situations.
* Practical mindset with a proactive approach to problems, capable of taking calculated risks.

Experience: Experience in the HR sector is not required, but a positive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential.
