As a Brand Ambassador in our Banking division, you’ll be the main point of contact for Dutch- and French-speaking customers. Your mission will be to provide high-quality support, respond to inquiries, and ensure a smooth and professional customer experience in the financial sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries related to banking products and services via phone and email.
Communicate clearly and professionally in both Dutch and French.
Assist clients with account-related questions, transactions, and general banking support.
Stay informed about financial regulations and compliance standards.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service.
Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices.

Fluent in Dutch and French, both spoken and written.
Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Previous experience in customer service, banking, or finance is a plus, but a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn are just as important.
