- Support colleagues and lead professional learning to strengthen best practices in speech, language, and communication support.

Family & Community Engagement

Maintain close communication with parents, offering strategies to reinforce therapy goals at home.

* Promote understanding of communication needs among staff and families through consistent, evidence-based approaches.

Administration & Environment

Manage administrative tasks including scheduling and billing within school systems.

Participate actively in Inclusion & Challenge and Student Study meetings, and in cross-disciplinary planning.

Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment for all students.

Passion for learning and a commitment to inclusive practices aligned with ISB's mission and vision.

Excellent interpersonal skills with colleagues, students, and parents; able to work both independently and collaboratively.

Flexibility to adapt as student needs evolve.

Strong technology literacy and openness to innovative approaches to service delivery.
