Job Description
* Own end‑to‑end programme delivery across web platform, middleware, ERP, PIM, CRM and DAM
* Maintain full accountability for scope, timeline, budget, quality, and benefits realisation
* Chair the Steering Committee and enable effective executive‑level decision‑making
* Act as senior escalation point between business stakeholders and technology partners
* Manage and challenge the system integrator on planning, estimates, and delivery quality
* Enforce governance standards (PRINCE2) including stage gates and exception reporting
* Drive clarity and execution across cross‑functional workstreams (IT, Marketing, Operations)
* Lead multi‑country rollout strategy including readiness, UAT, go‑live and hypercare
* Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and cost pressures and implement mitigations
The Successful Applicant
* Certified PRINCE2 Practitioner (mandatory); MSP or equivalent strongly preferred
* 10+ years' experience in programme or complex project delivery
* Proven senior leadership in managing large technology integrator engagements
* Demonstrated success delivering B2B e‑commerce or enterprise platform programmes
* Strong understanding of system integrations and enterprise architecture landscapes
* Confident executive‑level communicator with strong stakeholder alignment skills
* Able to take control of programmes at critical reset or transformation phases
* Fluent in English; additional European languages are a strong advantage
