As a
Production Planner
, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth production operations by securing material availability, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting production planning to meet deadlines and business targets. This position
n combines analytical thinking with hands-on coordination across multiple departments.
What can you expect from this challenging job?
Material & Production Planning
* Secure the availability of materials for on-time production in line with production schedules.
* Develop and maintain production plans, monitoring progress and adjusting as needed to optimize efficiency.
* Execute MRP and option planning on time, ensuring accurate data management.
Inventory Management
* Maintain inventory accuracy and keep optimal stock levels.
* Perform daily cycle counts and regular stock counts, verifying discrepancies in collaboration with suppliers.
Revenue Target Support
* Contribute to achieving monthly and annual production targets by ensuring planning, execution, and completion are aligned.
Collaboration & Communication
* Act as the direct contact for production planning with different teams.
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to maintain smooth workflows and resolve issues promptly.
Are you the colleague we are looking for?
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
* Preferably
a first experience in production or material planning.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken), Dutch is a plus.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and a first experience with SAP.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and flexible mindset.
* Commercial awareness and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Willingness to travel occasionally (<10%).
