Are you ready to dive into the world of coliving, sales, and community-building in one of Europe’s most vibrant cities? At Cohabs, we’re looking for a Sales Intern who’s excited to connect people with their future homes and help shape an unforgettable living experience. This is not your average internship. You’ll be at the heart of the action: speaking with future members, showcasing our homes, and working closely with teams across community and marketing to bring the Cohabs lifestyle to life. What you’ll be doing First Point of Contact Be the friendly voice of Cohabs, welcoming potential members and qualifying leads over the phone Help prospects understand why Cohabs is more than just a place to live – it’s a community CRM & Data Ownership Keep our CRM clean and sharp: log calls, updates, and feedback with precision Become the go-to person for structured and reliable lead tracking Talent Spotter Actively search across platforms to identify future Cohabs members and opportunities Tours & Experience Help organize and conduct virtual or in-person tours of our coliving spaces Highlight not just the apartments, but the lifestyle, amenities, and community experience Community & Marketing Collaboration Work with community and marketing teams to promote events Contribute to showcasing the Cohabs lifestyle through storytelling and engagement What we’re looking for Currently studying (or recently graduated) in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Real Estate, or a related field A natural communicator who enjoys speaking with people and building connections Confident on the phone and comfortable leading conversations with prospects Fluent in English (French or Spanish is a strong plus) Highly organized and detail-oriented (calendars, spreadsheets, CRMs are your playground) Energetic, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment Not afraid to get involved and take initiative Previous experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality is a plus, but attitude matters more than experience Comfortable using basic tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint If you’re excited by people, energized by challenges, and motivated to make an impact, we’d love to hear from you.
