Job Description
As a Process Engineer, you will join one of our partner's manufacturing and technical operations team, contributing to the optimization and reliability of pharmaceutical production processes. Your role will focus on secondary equipment and sterile manufacturing technologies, including isolators and lyophilizers, ensuring compliance with GMP standards and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
* Lead and support process design, optimization, and troubleshooting for secondary manufacturing equipment
* Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and regulatory requirements throughout all process activities
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, validation, maintenance) to implement process improvements
* Participate in equipment qualification and validation activities for isolators and/or lyophilizers
* Analyze process data to identify trends, deviations, and opportunities for efficiency gains
* Prepare and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and change control records
* Provide technical support during audits and inspections
* Contribute to continuous improvement projects and technology transfers within the site.
Your Profile
* You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field
* You have at least a minimum of 3 years experience as a Process Engineer in pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing
* You have a first experience in secondary equipment and sterile manufacturing processes
* And a hands-on experience with isolators and/or lyophilizers
* You are familiar with GMP regulations and validation principles
* You are problem-solving oriented and are able to work in a dynamic environment
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* You are fluent in both English and French.
