As Voice & Call Center Platform Engineer, you build and maintain the voice systems that make those interactions seamless. You turn complex communication flows into reliable, scalable platforms that work across 14+ countries. 🌍
What you’ll do
* You design, set up and manage Microsoft Teams Voice and call center solutions.
* You create and improve call and lead-handling scripts.
* You analyse incidents and drive continuous improvements in how the platform operates.
* You train local teams when new processes or tools go live.
* You align technical setups with business goals and regional requirements.
Must-haves
* At least five years of experience in voice communications or telephony systems
* Minimum three years with Teams Voice implementation and call center integration
* Experience creating and optimising call scripts
* PowerShell and SIP integration expertise
* Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
* Willingness to travel to European subsidiaries when needed
Nice-to-haves
* ITIL V3 or V4 certification
* Experience with voice quality monitoring and analytics
