About you
Essential talents and qualifications:
1. 8+ years of relevant experience in a pricing, commercial, or deal management role within a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment.
2. A university degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3. In-depth knowledge of SaaS pricing models, contract structures, and commercial best practices.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and business judgement skills.
5. Strong analytical skills with a structured, data-driven approach to problem-solving.
6. A team player who can also work independently.
7. A hands-on mindset with the ability to work across functions, locations, and seniority levels.
8. Based in Belgium or willing to relocate to Belgium.
9. Excellent communication skills in English.
