Mission Overview This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Business Analyst within the Transformation Office. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise to dynamic environments and contributing to impactful digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities Guide change on the logon and communication roadmap within the digital channels environment, ensuring stakeholder value creation throughout the agile lifecycle.
Bring expertise and coordination to the study and refinement process, gathering, understanding, and challenging the needs of a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders.
Consolidate and standardize stakeholder needs into input for delivery teams, accounting for technical and process constraints.
Safeguard end-to-end value of delivered solutions.
Manage the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closure.
Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders, including customer experience, marketing, and operations teams.
Collaborate with the solution design team to develop solutions aligned with the digital strategy.
Oversee development and testing, including integration with existing digital channels and systems.
Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation, and schedules.
Coordinate with IT, customer experience, and marketing teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and develop mitigation plans as needed.
Develop and manage project budgets.
Ensure projects are deployed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
Requirements 6+ years of experience in project management and business analysis, preferably within a digital channels environment.
Proven experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams, ideally in a financial institution environment.
Knowledge of daily banking products and services is a strong plus.
Master’s degree with relevant experience in similar projects.
Certification in Project Management Methodology is a plus.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Authentic and proactive attitude.
Fluency in English (corporate language); strong written and spoken communication skills in French and Dutch are a plus.
