We are partnering with a top international law firm to recruit a highly organised Legal Secretary / Receptionist for their Brussels office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast‑paced legal environment and enjoys a varied workload.
The Role
You will provide secretarial and front-of-house support to a leading Partner and Associates, ensuring seamless day‑to‑day operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing general support to the Brussels office
* Inbox and diary management for Partners and Associates
* Document production: formatting, amending, mark‑ups,
* Maintaining archives and storage in iManage
* Time recording, billing support and expense processing
* Travel arrangements (domestic & international)
* Liaising with London and US teams
* Supporting new matter openings and conflict checks
* Daily running of reception
* Arranging internal and client meetings
About You
* Experience working in a Law firm is essential
* Strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset
* Excellent communication across multiple time zones
* Confident with MS Office and iManage
* Fast, accurate document turnaround
* Fluent in Dutch or French and very good English
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
