Mission
Join the Regional Treasury Service Center EMEA as a Senior Financial Analyst to drive the end-to-end separation of a major business unit. You will map, design, and execute treasury deliverables (cash, FX, banking, payments) while ensuring go-live readiness and seamless hand-over to the new entity. This is a high-visibility, fast-paced transformation project offering deep exposure to treasury operations in a carve-out context.
Your Day-to-Day
* Work-stream leadership – participate in global and regional cross-functional teams; present progress to executive leadership.
* Process mapping – document current-state treasury activities for in-scope entities and design future-state workflows.
* Banking & cash setup – coordinate bank account openings, KYC, mandates, and service implementations for the new structure.
* Data & testing – own treasury-relevant data cleansing, validation, and UAT to ensure zero-defect cut-over.
* Deliverables & hand-over – prepare SOPs, process guides, and training material for the receiving treasury team.
* Problem-solving – tackle ad-hoc issues on cash positioning, FX hedging, liquidity, and working capital in real time.
Must-Have
* Master’s degree in Economics, Business Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.
* 4–6 years of hands-on experience in corporate finance, treasury, or financial markets.
* Solid understanding of settlement systems, SWIFT, cash management, and treasury transaction processing.
* Strong analytical mindset, accuracy, and Excel/Power BI proficiency.
* Global mindset, flexible, stress-resistant, and eager to learn.
* Fluent in English (written & spoken).
Nice-to-Have
* Prior carve-out, M&A, or divestiture experience.
* Knowledge of SAP Treasury, Kyriba, or similar TMS.
* Additional European languages.
