About The Role:
15–20 hrs/week | Remote | Start: April 1, 2026
We are looking for a freelance specialist to suppor
t local partnerships, content quality, and operational workflo
ws for our eCommerce activities in the Netherlands and Dutch-speaking Belgium.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support partnership and publisher placements (affiliate collaborations, editorials, product highlights
* Coordinate timelines, assets, partner communication, and go‑live checks
* Handle creator seeding (orders, shipment tracking, confirmations)
* Support promo code rollouts, admin workflows, and invoice/contract follow-up
* Review and refine Dutch/Flemish content; ensure accurate and customer‑friendly messaging
* Run quick pre-launch quality checks and support translation/adaptation requests
* Provide light market insights for NL/BE
What You Bring:
* Experience in affiliate/publisher partnerships or campaign operations
* Excellent Dutch writing and proofreading skills (Flemish a strong plus)
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work with multiple internal teams and external partners
* Commerce experience required; fashion/beauty a plus
* Experience with localization tools (e.g., Smartling) is beneficial
