Head of Acquisition – Orange Brussels
Location: Brussels Region, Belgium
Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of go‑to‑market campaigns across all products and services, ensuring alignment with commercial timelines and market trends to maximize customer acquisition efforts.
Key responsibilities
Management of the commercial timeline for all brands and products, integrating major market events.
Define and coordinate commercial periods, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Structure the global commercial timeline for all acquisition‑related services and offers.
Coordinate and adjust the commercial timeline based on product launches, supplier activities, and market trends.
Lead cross‑functional briefings with marketing, communication, digital, and sales teams to align messaging and execution.
Implement and coordinate acquisition campaigns across all services, offers, and devices.
Translate acquisition campaigns into concrete actions for different sales and communication channels.
Supervise creation of communication materials and commercial content.
Verify execution of acquisition campaigns in stores and online.
Monitor market and competitors for emerging trends.
Work closely with data and analytics teams to assess campaign efficiency and identify optimization opportunities.
Collect and analyze campaign performance using key KPIs and propose optimizations.
Conduct post‑campaign reviews to extract insights and improve future activations.
Contribute to company‑wide strategic reviews with data‑driven recommendations.
Oversee daily and long‑term management of the team, allocating responsibilities and resources.
Track objectives, evaluate progress, and identify training needs.
Recruit key talents and ensure effective integration.
Your profile
Master’s degree or equivalent by experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a management role and in Go‑To‑Market and acquisition management.
Experience managing teams and project management.
Knowledge of the telecommunications industry is a plus.
Strong communication skills, ability to report team results and give feedback.
Leadership skills: motivate, inspire, set priorities, resolve conflicts.
Collaboration skills across departments.
Fluent in French and/or Dutch and English.
