An renowed international law firm with a strong presence on the Belgian market is looking to strengthen its Real Estate practice. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious or undervalued lawyer to step up as Partner (or Partner Track), build their own practice, and contribute to the firm’s growth story within their global network
#Your function
As a Partner (or Partner Track) in the Real Estate practice, you will:
* Advise clients on a wide range of Real Estate matters, including transactions, leasing, development projects and/or real estate finance.
* Build and grow your own practice, supported by the firm’s international platform and extensive client network.
* Collaborate closely with colleagues across jurisdictions on cross-border matters.
* Play an active role in the strategic growth of the Brussels office and the wider Real Estate team.
#Your profile
* Qualified lawyer with 10+ years of experience in Real Estate law, gained at a reputable law firm.
* Solid track record in transactions, leasing, development projects and/or real estate finance.
* Entrepreneurial mindset, client-focused, and motivated to contribute to the firm’s growth.
* Fluent in English, with an excellent command of Dutch and/or French.
* Either already a Partner, or ready to step up to Partner level (proven portable business).
