Our client is a European tech group operating across mobility and renewable energy, with several complementary businesses spanning digital media, training, e-commerce, and software.The role focuses on their EV charging platform, a scale-up offering a leading consumer app, a roaming charging solution used across Europe, and a growing B2B SaaS platform for corporate fleets.As part of their international expansion, they are now appointing a Country Manager to build and lead the BeLux market.

As Country Manager, your main responsibilities will be to :
Shape & own the BeLux market strategy
* Define the market vision and priorities for Belgium & Luxembourg, adapting the global framework to local realities.
* Build a deep understanding of drivers, barriers, competitors, and user/company behaviors to inform strategic decisions.
* Identify high-impact growth levers across B2C and B2B.
Accelerate B2C adoption & engagement
* Boost usage of the mobile app and charging access solution through creative, locally relevant activation.
* Work with Marketing on targeted campaigns and growth experiments; ensure seamless onboarding with Customer Success.
* Influence product developments by sharing market insights and feature needs with Product & Tech.
Drive B2B development & support fleet electrification
* Analyze fleet maturity and corporate charging needs to position the B2B SaaS offer effectively.
* Partner with Marketing & Sales to build a solid lead generation engine and qualify opportunities.
* Secure customer satisfaction and long-term usage through close collaboration with Customer Success and B2B Ops.
Turn strategy into execution & measurable results
* Own the BeLux KPIs and P&L: monitor performance, detect weak signals, and propose data-backed improvements.
* Deploy clear action plans and ensure cross-functional alignment for efficient execution.
* Be the operational link between market needs and central teams (Sales, Product, Tech, Marketing, CS).
Build and represent the brand in the local ecosystem
* Become the face of the company in the BeLux market: attend events, engage communities, and expand visibility.
* Develop partnerships with charging networks, installers, service providers, driver associations, and corporate stakeholders.
* Conduct initial discovery visits with prospects, validate opportunities, and coordinate handovers to internal Business Developers.
Prepare the ground for future local expansion
- Identify organizational needs as the market grows and contribute to planning a future local team (Sales, Marketing, etc.).- Ensure continuous feedback loops to refine positioning, operations, and product-market fit.
Jouw profiel
The successful candidate will have the following qualities:
* Relevant experience in market development / new market launch / acceleration (ideally in SaaS, digital products, mobility, energy)
* Proven ability to adapt a global strategy to local dynamics and deliver measurable growth.
* Data-driven: confident with KPIs, dashboards, CRM, and translating field insights into action.
* Strong partnership-building mindset with companies, associations, and institutional stakeholders.
* Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and autonomous, with excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Deep understanding of BeLux cultural and business context; EV ecosystem knowledge is a plus.
* Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
