Role Overview:
As a Social Media Content Manager, you will play a key role in executing the content and brand strategy by creating content that enhances the company's brand image and establishes thought leadership across social platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop engaging business and brand content for the company's social media pages.
* Plan, create, and deliver professional social media content (posts, images, videos, reels) with a focus on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and X. This involves working with agencies or producing cost-effective assets in-house.
* Support the execution of the social media strategy, aligning with business objectives and leveraging data insights to drive results.
* Identify and act quickly on tactical opportunities for social engagement.
* Collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to source and create impactful content that is consistent across all platforms.
* Innovate with new ideas for delivering brand messaging through social media content.
* Stay current with social media trends and recommend strategies to improve audience engagement. Ongoing training and events will be provided to support your growth.
* Provide expertise in community management to support the inbound social media customer service team when necessary.
* Monitor sentiment on the company's social platforms and analyze performance.
* Establish detailed reporting on all content produced to ensure continuous optimization and learning.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a social media professional, either in an agency or in-house.
* Demonstrated ability to manage social media pages for brands and deliver a content calendar in line with a strategic plan.
* Extensive knowledge of platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X, with an awareness of opportunities on TikTok and YouTube.
* Strong creative skills with a passion for producing engaging brand content.
* Ability to express the company's voice creatively across social channels.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with the ability to handle simple content creation independently.
* Ability to generate innovative ideas to elevate social media content.
* Strong copywriting and editing skills in either French or Dutch, along with proficiency in the other language and English.
* A proactive, hands-on individual with positive energy who thrives on teamwork.
* Experience with analytics tools and social media metrics to measure and drive brand equity.
* Experience in crisis management is a plus.
* Familiarity with agile working methods and collaborative tools like Wrike is a strong advantage.
