CATEGORY/FUNCTION INTRODUCTION

Do you thrive in a fast-paced commercial environment and want to help shape the future of Unilever food and beverage brands in Belgium? Thenwe’dlove to welcome you to our dynamic Foods & ReadyToDrink sales team! Wearelooking for an ad interim CMA in our team for at least 6 months withpotential ofprolongation.

JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

1. Co-develop customer action plans aligned with nationalcategoryand channel strategies. You know and use the specific tools of the customers. 

2. Manage promotional plans for Carrefour & Delinter, in line with category promo policieswhile collaboratingwith KAMs to manage volumes and pricing in promotional tools together with Genpact (our external execution hub)

3. Ensure operational excellence bymaintainingseveral Sales Tools.

4. Ensure seamless execution of customer plans through regular coordination with the customer team

5. Prepare materials and insights for the field sales team&participateactively in Field Force Meetings.

WHATYOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

6. Minimum 2 years of professional experience in sales or customer support

7. Proven experience in FMCGorRetail andworking closely with retail customers

8. Experience with SAPrequired.

9. Experience in Tools like VF / Pegaor other salesretailerstools is a plus

10. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

11. Fluent in Dutch, French, and English

12. Strong teamplayer with cross-functional collaboration skills

13. Solid understanding of the food and beverage market

14. Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines (OTIF mindset)

15. Proactive approach to problem-solving

16. Commercially driven with a customer-first mindset
