You'll be embedded within one of our clients' teams, acting as the AI expert, bridging business, data and product:Identify and frame AI opportunities clearly, assess feasibility, and help prioritise initiatives based on impact and complexity.Lead or facilitate discovery phases, including workshops and co-creation sessions to align stakeholders and explore AI-driven solutions.Work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, data teams and developers to define, build and deliver AI use cases that bring real business value.Provide hands-on guidance and coaching to help client teams increase their AI maturity, including ways of working, tooling, experimentation culture and governance.Translate complex AI concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders, and contribute to change management when needed.
As an AI LeadContribute to recruitment by reviewing profiles, meeting candidates and helping attract top talents.Be a thought leader: share trends, tools and knowledge that push our collective practice forward.5+ years of experience in roles such as AI/Data Consultant, Data Scientist or Product Manager.~ Strong background in Data Science, Engineering or IT, with hands-on experience in AI/ML.~ Excellent grasp of AI technologies, including ML, GenAI, relevant tools and cloud ecosystems.~ Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, ready to drive new AI initiatives.~ Fluent in Dutch or French, with professional command of English.
