Off Trade - Retail & Specialized Channels
▸ Identify, win and retain key accounts: buying groups, major national retailers, specialized chains and delicatessens - in Belgium and internationally
▸ Negotiate listings, commercial agreements, pricing and promotional plans; ensure flawless execution from A to Z
▸ Maximize shelf visibility through merchandising, POS materials, product launches and in-store activations
▸ Build sales forecasts and coordinate needs with production and logistics to ensure product availability
▸ Closely monitor KPIs: turnover, volumes, margins, numeric/weighted distribution, sell-in/sell-out performance
▸ Identify new listing opportunities in Belgium and neighboring markets; maintain a structured prospecting pipeline
Management & Commercial Strategy
▸ Co-build and drive the annual sales plan together with Management
▸ Define and monitor annual objectives (turnover, margin, listings, distribution, rotation); lead regular performance reviews
▸ Ensure structured CRM reporting: visits, pipeline, opportunities, forecasts and action plans
▸ Conduct active competitive monitoring across key markets and recommend targeted corrective actions
▸ Actively contribute to brand strategy and the opening of new distribution channels, including internationally
▸ Work closely with Marketing, Production and Logistics to align commercial ambition with operational reality
▸ People management of a team
* 5 to 8 years of commercial experience in FMCG, beverages, beer or food industry - Off Trade expertise is essential
* Proven track record in managing and developing national key accounts
* Experience within European or international markets is a strong asset
* Strong understanding of the Belgian commercial landscape and familiarity with European distribution networks
* Outstanding negotiator, capable of creating value and closing deals
* Autonomous, rigorous and results-oriented - with high personal standards
* Strong entrepreneurial mindset: business-oriented, agile and accountable
* Excellent analytical skills, comfortable with KPIs, forecasting and data-driven decision making
* Natural relationship builder with clients, partners and internal teams
* Ability to manage complexity and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
* Fluency in French, Dutch and English (spoken and written) - trilingual profile required
