As a Management Consulting Analyst in our Customer Insight & Delivery team, you will help organizations rethink and transform how they care for their customers. You will work at the intersection of data, customer insight, technology, and delivery, contributing to projects that reinvent customer experience and customer care models across industries.
This role is ideal for a Young Graduate with a strong analytical mindset who embraces variety, learning, and impact in a fast‑changing consulting environment.
What you’ll do
As part of our team, you will contribute to customer transformation initiatives combining advisory and delivery. Because our work is highly diverse, your role will evolve from one project to another — in scope, industry, and responsibilities.
At the core of our work, we enhance customer experience across industries through three key pillars:
Data‑driven knowledge
Analyze customer data and call center interactions (e.g., speech‑to‑text outputs).
Identify drivers, prioritize opportunities, and define solutions that improve customer experience.
Technology enablement
Support the design and implementation of chatbots and GenAI accelerators.
Improve customer care journeys and advisor efficiency through digital solutions.
Strategy definition
Analyze end‑to‑end customer and service processes.
Co‑create innovative and optimized ways of working, from pain points to target operating models.
What we’re looking for
Education
You hold a Master’s degree (any educational background).
Skills & interests
Strong analytical mindset and enjoyment of data‑driven problem solving.
Interest in customer experience, service transformation, and consulting.
Curiosity for digital and customer‑related technologies (e.g., CRM platforms, conversational AI, customer analytics).
Ability to combine thinking (analysis) with doing (delivery).
Mindset (Young Graduate)
Curious, adaptable, and motivated by variety and change.
Eager to learn and continuously develop new skills.
Comfortable working in multidisciplinary and diverse teams.
Languages
Fluent in English.
Fluent in French and/or Dutch (both is a strong asset).
