PM Group are seeking an experienced
Construction Engineer
to join our pharma construction project team in Ghent, Belgium.

Responsibilities
* Lead construction activities including design coordination, installation oversight, and system integration for production facilities
* Oversee installation of stainless steel process piping, vessels, and equipment requiring pharmaceutical-grade finishes and validation-ready construction standards
* Coordinate with process engineers and validation teams to ensure EU GMP requirements are met
* Supervise construction of controlled environment systems
* Manage contractor performance for specialized installations
* Ensure construction compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards
* Coordinate commissioning activities
Qualifications
* Experience in pharmaceutical construction projects (media preparation, sterile processing, or bioprocessing facilities experience advantageous)
* Strong knowledge of EU GMP requirements.
* Understanding of construction regulations, pharma facility licensing requirements, and European regulatory compliance standards
* Proven track record managing complex technical packages in sterile manufacturing environments with validation and regulatory oversight
* Proficiency in English (plus Dutch and/or French languages desireable)
* Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical discipline
