For our client, we are currently looking for a
Key Account Manager Vision Care BNL
(located Amersfoort NL).
In this role you are responsible for achieving sales objectives by selling products to National/Key Accounts within the Benelux. You are working together to achieve Vision Care product sales to Eye Care Professional accounts, to achieve sales objectives and greater market penetration. You must be able to lead large regional retail chains, buying groups and e-commerce customers.

Responsibilities:
* Manage large regional retail chains, buying groups, e-commerce customers (key Accounts)
* Builds relationships with Key decision-makers for new and established accounts. Finds opportunities for field sales force to secure sales.
* Acts as liaison and primary contact with major commercial and industrial customers.
* Conducts presentations to customers executives and decision-makers.
* Prepares formal proposals and leads negotiations. Prepares sales contracts and routes for approvals.
* Coordinates and performs economic and competitive analysis. Analyses customers business opportunities and threats and designs plans to capitalize on them. Establishes sales plan and specific project plan for key accounts. Develops accurate sales forecasts and reports.
* Regularly reviews Order To Cash (OTC) performance of KA(s) and seeks ways of growing efficiencies and improvements.
* Achievement of the objectives in the joint business plans with the Key Accounts.
* Coordination with Professional education team for technical training to Key Accounts
* Play an active role in Key account and management meetings to identify team opportunities and share new initiatives.
Requirements:
* Master degree
* Minimum 5 years of sales experience (experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical environment is a plus)
* Ability to shown success and experience in leading customers and achieving genuine sales development.
* Strong strategic reasoning and a personal drive to achieve challenging market share targets
* Strong negotiation skills and a track record in negations of margins and agreements with customers.
* Understanding the principles of Key Account Management and has a good grasp of marketing and category management.
* Able to identify, plan and implement specific account activities.
* Understands business finance
* Successful track in Key-Account sales
* Excellent Selling skills
* Effective in Sales analysis and corresponding strategic sales approach
* Effective interpersonal skills
* Proficient in Dutch and English
* Good knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook
* Excellent organization skills
