About the Role
We are a leading recruitment agency seeking an experienced permanent placement recruiter to join our team. As a key player in our recruitment efforts, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of the placement process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients and candidates.
* Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of recruitment assignments to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
* Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels to attract and identify top talent, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
* Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet the required qualifications and fit the company culture.
* Client and Candidate Management: Maintain continuous communication with clients and candidates, providing updates and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
* Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide strategic advice to clients and candidates.
Requirements:
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, possessing strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment is essential.
