Dministrative & Logistics Support
* Process and verify shipping documents, delivery notes, and invoices
* Follow up and manage ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice) processes
* Maintain accurate data in Oracle (GOMS), Excel, and Outlook
Quality & Inventory Management
* Adhere to internal procedures and quality guidelines
* Collect and analyze data on lead times, order quantities, and inventory levels
* Assist in resolving delivery discrepancies or handling non-conforming materials
Planning & Communication
* Create purchase and work orders to support supply planning
* Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve delivery issues
* Optimize inventory and redistribute surplus stock
* Regularly update information on inventory status, backorders, and delivery timelines
* Support product ramp-up and ramp-down activities
* Administrative or logistics background
* Accurate, structured, and detail-oriented work style
* Experience with Excel and Outlook; Oracle or similar system is a plus
* Strong communication skills and team player
* Fluent in English
