Business Process Analyst – ERP Migration (Construction)
Our customer in Hasselt is looking for a Business Process Analyst to support an ERP migration within their construction environment. The role focuses on analysing and documenting business processes, supporting the transition from current systems to a new ERP solution, and ensuring alignment between operations and system capabilities.
Responsibilities
* Analyse and document current business processes across departments
* Identify gaps between existing processes and target ERP solution
* Define and document to-be processes aligned with ERP capabilities
* Support requirement gathering related to ERP migration scope
* Work with stakeholders to validate process changes and impacts
* Support data migration activities from a process perspective
Profile
* 5+ Years experience as a Business Process Analyst / Functional Analyst / Business Analyst
* Knowledge of ERP systems and migration approaches
* Understanding of business processes within construction or project-based environments
* Dutch speaking
