About the Role
As a Key Account Manager, you will be at the heart of our business, developing strong, long-term partnerships with strategic clients in the bio/pharmaceutical sector. You will drive commercial growth, expand existing accounts, and identify new opportunities, while working closely with internal teams to deliver high-value solutions.
What You Will Do
- Drive Account Growth: Achieve and exceed annual revenue targets across assigned accounts.
- Develop Client Relationships: Strengthen market share by building long-term partnerships within bio/pharma R&D and manufacturing.
- Prospect & Acquire: Identify, qualify, and secure new clients aligned with the company’s capabilities.
- Deliver Solutions: Conduct client meetings, presentations, and calls to understand needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Collaborate Internally:Work closely with technical, scientific, and operational teams to deliver high-quality proposals.
- Support Your Team:Mentor and guide colleagues on the Business Development team leveraging your industry experience.
Who You Are
- to years in bio/pharmaceutical sales, project management, or drug development, preferably in contract services or testing environments, as an Accounts Manager/ KAM/ Business Developer / Sales manager
- Proven experience in bio/pharmaceutical services (CDMO, CRO, CTO).
- Master’s degree in a scientific field
- Languages : English (must), Dutch or French
- Entrepreneurial mindset: autonomous, proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools
