Join an innovative project shaping the future of GIS operations! As a GIS Data Specialist, you will lead the intelligence ecosystem, manage data workflows and drive product development for 3D subsurface modeling and analysis.
Design and manage structured geotechnical and environmental data models
Ensure data governance, integration, and accessibility
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
Bachelor/Master in Geology, Geotechnics, Applied Geosciences, or related field
~3–5 years’ experience in data management, geotechnical research, or GIS projects
~ Strong knowledge of SQL, GIS tools (ArcGIS/QGIS), and 3D visualization
~ Excellent communication skills (Dutch/English)
Experience with 3D geological modeling software
Affinity with AI/ML and cloud platforms
Professional growth in data science, 3D modeling, and product management
