đź’ˇ About the role
We are looking for an experienced ICT Project Manager – Infrastructure Projects.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering strategic IT infrastructure initiatives with a strong focus on datacenter environments, networks, workplace, and system migrations. You will act as the central point of contact for project teams, management, and external partners, ensuring smooth coordination across all stakeholders and project phases.
🎯 Your responsibilities
* Lead complex IT infrastructure projects (datacenters, workplace, networking, system migrations)
* Plan, execute, and follow up on end-to-end project delivery
* Coordinate physical datacenter installations and equipment setup
* Oversee network and system implementations and application migrations
* Ensure successful handover to operational/production teams
* Report progress to Program Managers and/or Service Managers
* Organize and facilitate project meetings and stakeholder alignment
* Motivate and guide project teams, fostering strong collaboration and team dynamics
* Ensure clear, consistent communication across all project layers
🧠Your profile
* Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
* Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management within complex environments
* Strong knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
* Solid technical understanding of: Datacenter infrastructure & facilities, Networking and/or system administration, Virtualization platforms, Datacenter migrations and Workplace/endpoint management
* Proven experience with: Physical datacenter installations, Network and system deployments, Application migrations between datacenters, Transition to operational services and Infrastructure rollout projects
* Strong communication skills in Dutch, French, and English
