Country Regulatory Assistant

Your Key Responsibilities
Preparation of national administrative documents requiring research and analysis of information from technical dossiers.
Review, understanding, and monitoring of national and EU legislation relevant for our regulatory activities.
Revision and quality control of regulatory documents to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency.
- Client communication and support, including answering questions, providing guidance, and ensuring smooth follow-up of national procedures.
Your Skills and required experience
* Bachelor's degree (languages, law, office management) or equivalent by experience.
* Excellent command of English (min B2 level) and good level of Dutch (min B1 level with a specific focus on reading); any other EU language is an asset.
* Proficient with the Microsoft office suite and skilled in performing advanced online research.
Rigor and strong attention to detail.
Reliability and ability to work with strict deadlines.
Flexibility and ability to think creatively.
Solution-oriented mindset.
Some prior experience working with data or scientific content, or a demonstrated interest in the sector is a strong asset.
