Your mission is to ensure that technology initiatives align with business objectives and deliver measurable value. Key responsibilities include:Collecting and analyzing business requirements to translate them into effective IT solutionsLeading IT projects in coordination with operational departments and corporate IT teamsEnsuring consistency of IT initiatives with global technical and strategic orientationsFacilitating communication between technical teams and business stakeholdersMonitoring IT solution performance and driving continuous improvementContributing to digital transformation and innovation within the organizationYour profile Fluent in French and English, with a good level of Dutch5 to 10 years of experience in IT project management or IT solution deploymentStrong understanding of information systems, ERP, cloud solutions, and cybersecurityFamiliarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or ScrumGood knowledge of business processes (finance, HR, supply chain)Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsAbility to lead cross-functional initiatives and foster collaborationExperience in an international or multi-site environment is an assetBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalentWhat you'll get in return The company offers an attractive salary package complemented by benefits such as a company car, meal vouchers, hospitalization and pension insurance, bonuses, and additional leave days.
