Join our Client's Technology Management – R&D Team as an R&D Engineer and contribute to the mechanical development of innovative pharma equipment, from concept to first prototypes.
What You'll DoDesign and develop mechanical prototypes and feasibility process modulesTranslate process concepts into functional equipment or test unitsCreate 3D models of new machines and process modulesWork with suppliers and supply chain to source prototype componentsSupport prototype assembly and testingImprove existing equipment, continuous lines, and tablet pressesCollaborate closely with the R&D Manager and engineering teamEnsure health, safety, quality, and environmental standards
What We're Looking ForMSc in Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent experience5+ years experience in design and development of complex industrial equipmentStrong knowledge of machine construction & process engineeringCreative, analytical, and solution-oriented mindsetFluent in English & Dutch (French is a plus)Strong safety awareness and quality focus
