Senior UX/UI Analyst

As a Senior UX/UI Analyst, you will become part of a design chapter focused on product and sales journeys. You will play a key role in shaping intuitive, efficient, and accessible onboarding experiences that balance user needs with business objectives.
Responsibilities
User Experience Design
* Design intuitive and user-friendly flows across multiple communication platforms
* Map and optimize end-to-end user journeys, ensuring consistency and performance
* Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality design solutions
* Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on insights
User Research
* Lead user research activities such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing
* Translate user feedback into clear, actionable design recommendations
* Document and share research insights in a structured and accessible way
Collaboration & Communication
* Work closely with product owners, business analysts, tech leads, developers, and stakeholders
* Act as a bridge between technical teams and end users
* Ensure alignment between design decisions, technical constraints, and business goals
Technical Expertise & Accessibility
* Analyze and work within the constraints of legacy IT systems
* Apply strong expertise in Figma, including auto layout, templates, and file structuring
* Ensure alignment with the Design System and promote modern UX practices
* Define accessibility requirements and ensure compliance
Project Leadership
* Lead UX/UI initiatives from concept through implementation
* Advocate for user-centered design across the organization
* Act as a mentor and role model within the UX/UI community or guild
Experience & Competences
Professional Experience
* Minimum 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in complex or enterprise environments
* Proven experience working with Design Systems and component-based design
* Ideally, a background in front-end development with knowledge of design tokens, IT systems, and architectures
* Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Collaborative mindset and ability to work in cross-functional teams
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and a true team player
Tools & Skills
* Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
* Experience with prototyping and user testing tools
* Knowledge of analytics tools is a plus
