* Preparing and following up on client proposals and engagement letters.
* Timely creation and configuration of projects within our internal systems.
* Monitoring administrative obligations, such as filings and documentation.
* Maintaining client contacts and contributing to a high-quality service experience.
* Providing translations of various documents.
* Organizing, preparing, and following up on internal meetings.
* Assisting with personnel administration and the organization of business travel.
* Manage agendas, meetings, and priorities for partners and managers
* Prepare, review, and format professional documents and presentations
* Organise business travel and expense follow-up
* Provide general administrative support to the management team
* Minimum a Bachelor's Degree
* At least a first relevant experience as a Management Assistant or Administrative Assistant
* Fluent in French, Dutch, and English (spoken and written)
* Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
* Discreet, reliable, and comfortable working in a confidential environment
* Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Able to work independently while being a true team player
