Your Key Responsibilities
The primary focus of this role is to grow our community by bringing in new high-quality practices. You are the primary point of contact for dieticians and orthomolecular therapists looking to integrate our platform into their practice.
Joining our dynamic team in the rapidly evolving digital health space offers an exciting opportunity to make a substantial impact! You’ll also have the opportunity to take on diverse responsibilities:
* Research and identify high-quality nutritional and lifestyle practices to expand our network.
* Reach out to potential partners through cold outreach, manage inbound leads, and host discovery calls to assess fit.
* Organize engaging events to attract and connect with new practices.
* Build strong, lasting relationships with dieticians and orthomolecular therapists, and guide them through a smooth and positive onboarding experience.
What we are looking for
* You have a background in sales, account management, customer success or other roles involving direct customer interaction.
* You’re skilled at building trust with potential leads through clear, engaging communication, active listening, and a deep understanding of customer needs.
* You’re familiar with CRM tools like HubSpot or similar platforms to manage leads and track sales activities effectively.
* You’re motivated to contribute to business growth, take ownership of responsibilities, and driven by setting, pursuing, and achieving ambitious sales goals.
* You thrive in the fast-paced environment of a startup by embracing change and adapting your strategies to align with shifting priorities or market conditions.
* You have a strong interest in health, wellbeing, nutrition, or sports.

* Finally, you’ll be invited for a closing interview with both founders, during which we’ll also work through a business case based on your take-home assignment.
