The division is responsible for some of the Group's key innovations while sustaining business operations and developing custodian and funds administration services.The Senior Risk Manager Funds Administration Services is responsible for supporting the Funds Administration Services department in managing operational risks and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. The Fund Ops team covers TA, FA, Valuing Assets, Transformation (project management) and Outsourcing of activities (Ops and IT). This role involves proactively identifying and mitigating operational risks, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations, and collaborating closely with Fund Ops teams to integrate risk management practices into operational activities. This shall be performed through the entire live cycle ( from new services/products approval through design of new solutions and operational activities).
Support the identification and evaluation of Fund Ops risks. Assist the L1 in implementing and managing the internal control system for Fund Ops. Audit coordination : Support internal and external audit activities. Act as a liaison for Fund Ops teams and auditors to ensure smooth and effective audit processes.
Risk mitigation and audit follow-up : Assist in the development and execution of risk mitigation plans. Support the implementation of audit recommendations.
Develop and monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) to ensure alignment with the bank's risk management strategy.
Provide risk management information related to RFPs, due diligence questionnaires and inquiries from customers and regulatory authorities. At least 8 years' experience in Operational Risk or Funds Audit.
In-depth knowledge of Ops Risk management frameworks and methodologies.
Proficiency in designing, implementing and managing internal control systems.
Language skills:
Written and spoken fluency in French and English.
Another language would be considered an advantage.

Strong analytical skills to assess risks, interpret data and develop effective risk management strategies.
Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in risk assessments, reports and compliance activities.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
