ABOUT THE POSITION:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead international projects in the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction), Heavy Industry, and International Process industries. Here is a list of the responsibilities related to the position:
* Project Management: Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that deadlines, budgets and established quality standards are met.
* Contract Management: Negotiate, draft, execute and administer contracts throughout their life cycle. Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions and resolve contractual disputes.
* Claims and Dispute Resolution: Handle claims and resolve disputes that arise during the execution of projects, using a thorough understanding of contractual provisions and project specifications.
* Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders. Interpret technical specifications, evaluate project requirements, and propose solutions to technical challenges.
* Risk Management: Assess and mitigate risks associated with project delivery and contractual obligations. Develop risk management strategies and implement measures to minimize their impact.
* Documentation and Reporting: Manage project documentation, including contracts, proposals, progress reports, and other relevant documents. Ensure meticulous recordkeeping and accurate reporting to track project progress, milestones, and financial expenditures.
* Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. Stay informed of regulatory changes and implement necessary measures to maintain compliance.
* Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, subcontractors, regulatory agencies, and other project participants. Communicate effectively, negotiate and resolve conflicts to foster positive relationships.
ABOUT YOU:
* You have a civil/construction, mechanical or related-field degree
* You have at least 10 years experience in international project management, particularly in EPC industries, heavy industry and international processes.
* You have demonstrated experience in managing projects remotely from the office.
* You have the ability to manage multi-million euro budgets and lead multidisciplinary teams.
* You're proficient with project manager software
* You're fluent in both English and French
